Lauren D’Elia, DMD

Endodontist located in Tribeca/FiDi, New York, NY

About Lauren D’Elia, DMD

A life-long resident of New York, Dr. Lauren D’Elia earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics at Wagner College. She continued her education at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where she was inducted into Gamma Pi Delta, the Prosthodontic Honor Society, in recognition of her clinical excellence in Prosthodontic and Operative procedures. Dr. D’Elia also earned the Excellence in Endodontics Award upon her graduation from Rutgers. Immediately after earning her DMD, she continued her specialty studies at Rutgers and received her Advanced Specialty Certificate in Endodontics. Perhaps, it is no small coincidence that her practice habits mirror those of 3D founder and practitioner Dr. Jason Deblinger, who also received his Advanced Specialty Certificate at Rutgers (formerly known as UMDNJ).

In order to further her understanding of treatment planning and treating compromised and/or cracked teeth, Dr. D’Elia completed a comprehensive training program in Implant Dentistry from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. She currently holds active memberships with the AAE, ADA, and NYSDA in order to remain up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry and endodontics. Dr. D’Elia maintains Board Eligibility status with the American Board of Endodontics and continues to make progress towards ABE Certification.

Dr. D’Elia is experienced in non-surgical and surgical root canal therapy, pediatric and regenerative procedures, traumatic injuries, and internal bleaching. Patients often commend Dr. D’Elia for her calming demeaner and empathetic chairside manner as well as her clinical abilities. She is committed to providing the highest level of comfort and care for her patients in order to make their experience as painless and pleasurable as possible.

Dr. D’Elia resides in Brooklyn with her husband Jeff and daughter Emma. In her spare time, she loves spending time at the beach or lake with her family. She also shares a love of fitness with her husband.
